Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens -schedules shift, kids get sick, and unexpected things come up. I truly appreciate as much notice as possible, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged, and I’m happy to refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The card on file will be charged for this amount. This fee helps cover the time reserved specifically for you.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
If you arrive late, your service time may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting the next guest’s appointment. Full service pricing will still apply.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
